لینزِر کوکی🎄Linzer Cookies
Recipe👇🏻رسپی در کامنت

Ingredients:
110g butter, softened
80g granulated sugar
190g all-purpose flour
50g almond flour
1 egg
1/4tsp baking powder
1/2tsp vanilla
Jam, as needed

Instructions:
Beat the softened butter and sugar until slightly pale and creamy. Add the egg and vanilla and mix again. Add the flour, almond flour, and baking powder, mixing until a soft dough forms. Cover the dough and refrigerate for 12 hours. Roll it out on a lightly floured surface and cut into your desired shapes. Cut a small hole in the center of half of the cookies.
Place the cookies on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Chill in the freezer for 15 minutes or in the fridge for 1 hour. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 10 minutes, until the edges are slightly golden.
Once cooled, spread jam on the whole cookies, dust the cookies with holes with powdered sugar, and sandwich them together.
