Working long hours is generally glorified in a country like India. I thought process needs a change. The employers just take advantage of the same and exploit the employees who like to work in fixed working hours and be productive

Hey man , the point is totally valid , but while watching first few seconds I thought that you are gonna address to those people as positive one , because they are thought to such people who are boring or not interesting at all . On the other hand there can be various cases , maybe that person is doing multiple things , maybe he is working on various ideas and since good things take time , they have to work for that long as well , and the end result may take much longer to be fruitful. And as they are not revealing everything to society they may be felt as non productive at all by colleagues or other as they work much longer....... Just expressing the thought.
