#OchoDay Thank you father God for another lap around the sun🙏🏽. These past 2 years have been very transitional for me. To go from providing doing OT just not to argue at home, being the tough parent and friend to my kids to now being a more compassionate and balanced parent to my kids, cooking 2-3 meals a day, cleaning, doing laundry, helping 5 kids with homework and all of their personal appointments and games on my own; all while taking 4 classes of my own, and working 3 jobs, yeah it’s been tough, but I have been handling my business! Words can’t explain how grateful I am to wake up and go to sleep to my children everyday. Words can’t express how proud of myself I am that I beat cancer. I couldn’t have prayed for a better outcome than this. Thank you father God for putting me through everything you have to make me the man you want me to be. Although I’m not fully there yet I am a lot closer than I ever was to gr8ness. Didn’t pick up my phone much on this trip. Just needed a moment me, myself, and Mí Isla. Any Boricua knows when times are hard and you need to recharge and refocus there’s only one place to go.
