Hey what’s up, I’m Stefi, and 15 years ago I got obsessed with one question: Why do some people squat for decades pain free, while others get hurt all the time? 🤔 I looked into the research. I studied top lifters. Watched 1000 lifting tutorials and traveled to the best gyms in the world. Some lifters wore a belt, some didn’t. Some squatted once per week, some 3. Some squatted wide, some narrow. But I did figure out the #1 thing that makes a squat strong and safe, after: • Becoming a Doctor of Physical Therapy • Setting world records in powerlifting • Founding the Institute of Strength Training • 15 years coaching lifters The formula is: the right stance for YOUR body + a straight bar path + learning how to brace… (and of course a solid training program that doesn’t tear you apart) So I changed everything to teach the basics first, then let people find their own squat. Today I coach lifters and teach coaches how to troubleshoot squats without guessing. Comment FIXME to 1) get my squat troubleshooting framework for free OR 2) DM “coach” to see how we can work together. And if this kinda thing is your thing, follow me. 🫶🏽
