Gen 1 City VTEC was a rocket in its day (straight line & corners) but by today’s standards the setup is just so soft
See how much stiffer the Gen 5 #HondaCity is, and yet on the road it delivers better ride quality with better cornering grip and more ground clearance as well. Despite Gen 5 having torsion beam while Gen 1 was independent rear
And yes I know what I’m doing looks wrong 🤦🏻♂️ but what other way can I demonstrate you the damping differences 🤷♂️

Depends if dampeners and cooks are new. You’re comparing brand new parts to 20 year old rust. Get new oem and compare the first gen then see the difference
