How's 2022 treating you? And more importantly, how are you treating yourself? ❤

Kindness and compassion starts with self.

We must love and nurture ourselves first because we can't pour from an empty cup. It isn't a job or a task we can delegate to someone else.

It can take many years to understand and apply this principal. As Mother's, Wives, Caregivers, Teachers and Women - we often put ourselves last.

Taking care of ourselves doesn't mean we disregard the needs of others. It literally means checking in with yourself to see how you're doing.

When's the last time you did that?

Maybe you've made some changes and adopted some new beliefs this year. If you did, I'm super proud of you 👏

Maybe you're squeezing in a monthly massage, a morning/afternoon walk, some mindfulness or medication. Self care isn't a one-size fits all.

I hope in 2022 your becoming clearer on how you'd like to feel, be perceived by others and how you'd like to look.

For me - I've adopted a clean & healthy eating plan. Feeling perpetually tired and sluggish was getting me down so I needed to take action.

I now follow an eating plan designed just for me and yes, it includes camel milk (pictured below) lots of fruit/veg, protein and carbs. No processed food or alcohol has passed my lips this year.

And I'm feeling better for it which was my aim. The weightloss is secondary as my body starts to regulate itself. It's great stuff.

I've also booked a three-night getaway later this month just for me. I can't recall a time when I haven't travelled for work or fun on my own with zero expectations except to nurture and recharge.

I'd love to hear how you're honouring yourself ❤ so please feel free to share and inspire others.
