Autumn rituals: how I put the greenhouse to bed 🍂 AD| l’m always pulled back into the greenhouse at this time of year. To tidy away the last of the summer crops and to bring in the pelargoniums. I like to escape for a bit of me time, light a little candle at the same time each afternoon and relax. Afternoon tea in the greenhouse has become the ritual I look forward to most, with @ancientandbrave True Collagen stirred into my mug. Type 1 hydrolysed peptides, tasteless so it just dissolves - my daily ritual to support my whole body as we head into winter. Small rituals, done with intention 🤎 What’s the ritual you’re holding onto right now? Please use CLAIRESMITH for 20% off your first order ☺️ #ad #ancientandbrave #slowliving #midlife

Today is November 4, 2026. 32 years since my Daddy died. Imagine how much he has missed - Much of it wasn’t necessary to see, But he would have loved days like today. Last night. He wrote those words, ‘People Have the Power,’ developed the concept, imagining just this - the rising up of people, taking back the reins, banding together with action and renewed hope. He wanted the best for our country. He believed in the power of the people. In numbers, solidarity. Today we celebrate this great blue victory in America. He would be so happy to see this. I think of my Daddy with each piece of news I read. Election results, celebration, the start of a new chapter. Thank you, Daddy, for your anthem to the world. Thank you for believing in a better future. We love you. 💙💙💙💙💙💙💙💙 Visit my Substack to watch some nice videos :))
