It’s been a time, but let the rehab beginnnnn!! *not pictured; the happy tears (ok big cry) when I took those first steps 🥹

Popped some stitches, had a few trips back to emergency, an extra overnight hospital stay, but after 2months - the hardest part is over & the fun begins, as I start Physio to build back over the next few months!!

I’m so glad I recorded this process, for myself.
looking back, I’m actually super grateful for this period of solitude, a whole new perspective on my values & a new found appreciation for movement, being outdoors, nature & my people, which I hope I never lose 🫶🏼
