We offer full delivery service with complete table setup at least 1 hour before event. You can also choose drop off or pick up only as well.
A 50% or full deposit is required upon placing your order. Payment can be made in person or over the phone. We accept all payment types.
A minimum notice of 72 hours is required to modify most bakery orders, except for custom orders, (such as custom cookies, cakes, cake pops, cupcakes, etc) which require a minimum notice of 5 full business days. Such order modifications include, but are not limited to, cake design, size, color, writing, filling, and flavor. We cannot accept order modifications of any kind past the deadline of 5 business days for custom cakes and 72 hours for regular bakery orders.
All items are final sale – JP’s Catering cannot offer cash or credit card refunds. Our suppliers do not accept cancellations of any kind, and our materials are extremely costly.
