NO SIT NOVEMBER STARTS TODAY!!! You in?! Comment “walk” for the sheet!!!

I’m hosting a FREE 30-day walking challenge for the entire month of November, and THREE of you are going to win some pretty fun prizes!!!

HERE’S HOW IT WORKS ⬇️
STEP 1: PICK YOUR LEVEL!
👉🏼 BEGINNER: 210,000 steps (averages 7k/day)
👉🏼 INTERMEDIATE: 300,000 steps (averages 10k/day)
👉🏼 ADVANCED: 450,000 steps (averages 15k/day)
These are MONTHLY step goals, NOT daily requirements!!!

Download your FREE printable calendar for your chosen level (linked in my bio)!
Hang it on your fridge, write in your steps each day, and every Saturday add up your weekly total!

STEP 3: ENTER THE GIVEAWAY! ❤️
At the end of EACH week:
1. Take a picture of your tracker showing your weekly step total.
2. Post it to your Instagram Story.
3. TAG @juliexfit so I can see it!
At the end of November, post your FINAL monthly total and tag me one last time!

STEP 4: WIN SOME PRIZES!!!
I’m randomly selecting THREE winners to receive:
🤍 1 winner: 1 FREE month of 1:1 coaching with me!
🤍 1 winner: My One Percent Planner + 1% program

Remember when walking into a mall felt like stepping into a dozen different worlds? 🛍️✨

Back in the day, stores went all out with bright colors, giant logos, glowing neon and over-the-top displays. Hot Topic, Abercrombie & Fitch, Victoria’s Secret and PacSun each had a look you could recognize from across the food court.

Over time, a lot of those retailers have swapped their signature entrances and colorful interiors for neutral tones, clean lines and sleek, modern layouts.

The updates match where retail design is heading, but plenty of shoppers miss the old vibe. For a whole generation, those bold storefronts were half the fun of a trip to the mall.

Which store’s old look do you miss most? 👇
