The Athletes Job is to get better. Period.
Listen to the Judges Feedback, back to Work and show up better.
We like to compare, analyze and reflect precisely after each Bodybuilding Show to see where we can get better.
We analyzed especially the Backpose from the Olympia 2025 where I got 2 again. Vice President Tyler Manion shared his Feedback with us and online and made clear that my Rear wasn’t as good as Ramons. (slide 4) and based on the official shared points that cost me the Title 2025 (it was a 1 Point decision).
We went back to 2024 (slide 5) to see where Improvements took place and analyzed where to Improve for 2026.
We changed the Workouts, Volume, Frequency and Intensity to show that we are willing to do everything in our Power to become better and be the best Version we can.
I want to highlight and appreciate the Feedback and the opportunity for us Athletes to get this valuable Feedback from the most experienced Eyes in our Sport. I always got valuable Feedback from @steveweinberger.bevsgym @williambru42 and @t_manion
And now? - We do what we always do. We go back to Work untilnwe win this Title. Period and we wont stop until I can tell my 11 Year old self that he was right ✊🏼

WHAT EVER IT TAKES!

Menjadi Presiden dan melakukan penyadapan terhadap partai politik itu benar-benar tidak etis. Apakah ada korelasinya dengan hari ini? Kalian sendiri yang menilai 😃

#TiaKemp isn’t backing down.

The media personality fired back at #50Cent after reportedly missing a court hearing concerning the injunction he filed against her, accusing Tia of cyberstalking his 14-year-old son, Sire. “Why are you playing with the system like that…wasting those judges’ time with the f*ckery like you’re a victim,” she asked the media mogul. Meanwhile, 50’s legal team claims Tia has been intentionally avoiding being served with legal documents, preventing the court from moving forward with a permanent injunction.

ICYMI: 50 accused Kemp of targeting his son online, allegedly calling him “slow” and claiming he’s on the autism spectrum. Their latest feud erupted after 50 made light of reports that the son Tia shares with #RickRoss had been p!stol-wh!pped, even offering to bail the alleged attacker out of jail. Tia subsequently fired back online, leading to 50 securing a temporary injunction against her. The next hearing is scheduled for December 7.
