4 years agoHi Mr. Miller, we have been trying to contact you about your flat. At the moment you have a significant amount of money outstanding to the association. Quite frankly I am tired of chasing you down to remind you of your commitments. You know that we are a voluntary organization and you know we do this for 0 money all the while it is financially benefiting you while increasing the value of your property and saving you money on maintenance costs etc. I know you are in the habit of forcing your tenant to pay for all the repairs to your flat but we cannot insist that she pays for these repairs. We have already had to go to the expense of employing an agent to find your current address at a cost of £180.00 If you continue to ignore these messages and your financial commitments, the costs will only increase. Your delay to make these payments may delay the whole repair project. Given that the section of roof over your flat is in the most need of repair AND going to cost the most it would make sense if you did not delay making payment. Please stop ignoring our messages and get in touch so that we can settle this in a professional manner, rather than forcing us to post these messages on your Facebook page.
