First color run. Remember this is 1/6 scale. So its only a couple inches sculpt or so give or take. Gotta tinker w the colors some. Depending on the photo there some yellows or pinks. Hair needs a lil messing w too. But for a first paint run Im happy. Like the nuances and detailing.

Life lately!
Life is going to life when we least expect it 🐈📦

These last two weeks gave me a house move on my own, a storm that soaked half our things, a talk with oily hair, and a Bengal with a broken leg.

Here’s what I’m learning as I get older, especially as someone who teaches mental fitness: every time chaos shows up, it becomes a learning moment for me first. Then it becomes a teaching moment for us and what makes the difference every single time is how I behave in the middle of it.

So this is how I used BRAVE to get through:

🌬️ Breathe. Before any decision, one slow breath.
🔄 Reframe. “Everything is going wrong” became “a lot is happening, and I can handle the next thing.”
🧭 Align. I asked what really mattered that day or at that moment and let my actions follow.
🎯 Visualise. I pictured the outcome I wanted: a settled home, a relatable talk and a healed cat.
👣 Execute. One step, then the next one. Slowly slowly.

If we’re in a hard season right now, we can change how we experience it by asking ourselves:

💛 What is this moment trying to teach me?
💛 What can I control today, and what can I let go of?
💛 What outcome do I want, and what’s one small step towards it?
