Very Blessed

I’m not okay. Today I said a final “till next time” to my friend of what would’ve been 13 years this year. I’m still trying to process the fact that I have to finish my journey on earth and you can’t be here with me physically and maybe that’s selfish of me. But even in our times that we didn’t talk you were still my sister and I could still call you to go on a BB, vice versa. Who am I going to call now? Who am I going to stay up with watching def poetry while eating all of dads pecan ice cream? Who’s gonna kidnap me to go on hour drives to the middle of nowhere listening to Donny Hathaway? This all still seems unreal, but you will forever be imprinted in my mind and heart and I’ll miss you until we meet again. Save me a hug and a song for when we do. I love you baby, and thank you for being you, one of the realest that God ever bless me with.💋
