Michigan's Sen.-elect Abdul El-Sayed shares on TODAY the kind of senator he wants to be — and what he learned from voters. "I ran understanding that the divide in our politics, particularly in a state like Michigan, isn't red versus blue or Democrat versus Republican. It's people who are locked out, versus the people doing the locking out."

From NEGATIVE $50,000 to $25 Million Real Estate Pipeline.. No better way to get into real estate as a brand new beginner than land flipping. You don’t need to buy property, you don’t need to take out a loan, you don’t need a down payment, you don’t need experience, you’re not risking your life savings. You are figuring out what home builders need to build more houses on, using an AI software to go out there and get it, and making 10k, 20k, 30k per deal. Find a piece of land, negotiate the price down, get a contract on it, flip that contract for top dollar, collect your fee. Rinse and repeat multiple times per month. I do an average of 30 deals per month, I can show you how to do a handful. 📲Comment LAND I’ll send you the full starting steps.
