I think my smile says it all🥹❤️ Pure happiness. Pure gratitude. And a moment I wish I could hold on to forever. HYROX Hamburg — what a weekend!🖤 🥇 1st place in the Singles Challenger 🎟️ Qualified for the Elite 15 in London 🔥 4th place in my very first Elite Doubles race Looking at these results, I couldn’t be happier. But what made this weekend so special goes far beyond rankings, times, or podium finishes. It’s the people🫶🏽 The ones who believe in me, support me, push me, and celebrate these moments with me. Whether you were right there in Hamburg or cheering me on from home — I felt every bit of that support. Feeling the love and belief from @adidastraining , @blackroll , @esncom , and this incredible HYROX community honestly means more to me than I can put into words. I’m leaving Hamburg with so much positive energy, motivation, and confidence. But also with some valuable lessons and a clear picture of where I currently stand. Because as happy as I am with these results, I know there’s still so much room to grow. This weekend was also an important opportunity to see how the work with @osse205 an @smart_athlet is paying off, what we’ve already improved, and where we need to keep pushing over the next weeks and months. Proud of how far I’ve come. Grateful for everyone who’s part of this journey. And even more excited for what’s ahead. London, here we come🚀❤️ #behappy #beproud

Which one won you over... The silky assist or that classy finish? ❤️‍🔥 #Olympics #YouthOlympics #Dakar2026 #Futsal
Comment “COLD” and I’ll send you the full analysis. This is the vital context for this weeks mid-term elections in the USA. I really fear what a bad defeat will unleash in Trump, potentially making him more rash and dangerous than ever. Thank you for your attention.
