As Dave Grohl once said “ Do you love rock and roll … it feels good, right?” Come see the multi talented boys in @socialcyanideband at their first ever area gig. If you can’t make it Saturday they will be tearing down Napper Tandy’s Smithtown (possibly literally , the drummer has a tendency to break things) at @rnrumusic spring show on Sunday at 2:30 PM
You wanted the best ….you’ve got the best! #nextgeneration #rockandroll #metalasf

In 2016, two populist revolutions threatened to remake American politics. Trump’s conquered the Republican Party and delivered him the presidency. Bernie Sanders’ fell short against Hillary Clinton, but introduced a populist economic vision that, at the time, much of the Democratic establishment dismissed as politically impractical.
ㅤ
Ten years later, Trump and MAGA were hit with a devastating midterm repudiation, as candidates across the country in blue and red states echoing versions of Sanders’ message broke through in places that once seemed beyond Democrats’ reach.
ㅤ
Sanders, as cantankerous as ever, isn’t surprised.
ㅤ
“If you’re asking me, am I shocked by that? That the argument about economic justice and taking on oligarchs and fighting for the working class is working in Texas, is working in Ohio, is working in Montana, is working in Florida, is working all over the country — no, I am not shocked,” Sanders told us. “That is what I’ve always believed.”

November’s biggest U.S. awards each measure a different kind of readiness. EmpowHER wants women 22 and older with a business under five years old that already earns money, Amber accepts applicants at any stage with $15,000 awarded monthly and $75,000 at year end, Hey Helen welcomes women-owned businesses that haven’t generated revenue yet, and Verizon trades two free courses for a $10,000 shot. Sorting by what you already qualify for beats racing all four.

Which of these fits where you are right now?

Running blades are fun. 😃 And.. dressing up when you have prosthetic legs is always fun!

I pulled this from the Halloween archives from before my leg injury. By the way, I can’t wait until I get my leg fitting good enough to be able to wear these again. ❤️

Happy Halloween weekend everyone!🧡🎃🧡

I’m in love with her🥹❤️
