My bride said i love blue but i want something unique “ So i made her a sky-blue dress with rainbow beadwork 🌈 🩵
She didn’t just want a dress that shined, she wanted one that told story —like after the rain, when God paints a rainbow just for you. The same navy blue gele for her and fila gobi for her groom, because their love is one, One journey One love. This is a fairytale that two people get to wear.

“There are some kids in this class that try their hardest and fall short due to mental shortcomings. There are some that don’t care and have shortcomings. Then there’s you, you just don’t give a fuck, you have every tool and choose not to utilize it. Kids in this class would kill for that. Do with that what you will, I cannot force you to do anything. It’s only you that has to want to do something.”-My 6th-8th grade extra help reading teacher

The thought that someone maybe working harder is haunting. Not because of wins or losses. Because I left food on the table and could’ve been better.

33 & 40 days out. I’ll give you my everything.

Happy 19th bday to my little queen Ever!!! What an incredible journey you’ve created for yourself in this life! It’s so amazing to watch you use all the tools you were exposed to so purposefully and expertly. It’s gratifying to any parent who wants their kids to appreciate the world around them. Then, see you add all that to your experiences everyday, learning, growing and evolving into the capable, resourceful and inspiring person you are today? Nothing could make me more confident of your present and future choices which ease the fear everyone has when their children grow up and go out into the world. Your beauty is of course impossible to ignore 🤯 but your interest in becoming a compelling, independent, passionate, cultured and disciplined human is a gift beyond comparison. You, in truth, have been a gift in every way. As a mother, you have brought me love in ways I couldn’t imagine before you. As a friend, you’ve been loyal and thoughtful even when I know it was difficult for you. As another soul I share this life journey with, you have both been my student and my teacher until now I can just admire you for who you have become, separate and unique, a powerful force of nature. The storm over the horizon has fully formed and now is about to be unleashed. My umbrella is out and my secret smile anticipates the effect you will have on the world around you. Xo mamachka

If you want to actually be happy, start by taking less personally.

Most of what people do has nothing to do with you. The short reply, the energy shift, the person who stopped reaching out. They are usually carrying something you cannot see, and you have been building whole stories around it.

Release what you cannot control. Let things go before they take root. Let people be who they are instead of waiting for them to become who you need.

Then put that energy back where it belongs. Your mental health. Your spiritual life. Your body. Your money.

You only get so much attention in a day. Stop spending it on things that were never yours to manage.

Focus on you. Everything else gets lighter from there.

Please tell me I’m not the only one who keeps hitting this button every time I put my phone in my tripod 🤦🏻‍♀️

And no one ever shows up, so what purpose is this button?

Does this happen to you often?
