When you finally find that solitude hiking the Zion Narrows.
Despite the crowds and the fact that we’ve already hiked this twice before we still wouldn’t miss it. It’s just that good.
Plan plenty of time, go early, and if you hike 4-5 miles in you’ll find that solitude moment you’ve been craving.

We used to hike the Narrows every September. Our kids grew up doing this hike. The crowds are so bad now that we haven't gone for a couple years. We miss it.
