Mannat may be undergoing renovation, but the birthday celebrations outside its gates carried on. Shah Rukh Khan greeted fans gathered outside his Mumbai residence on November 2, waving to the crowd and striking his signature arms-wide-open pose as cheers rang out. The actor turned 61 on Monday. The Bandra landmark also became a giant canvas for the occasion. Large projections illuminated Mannat with visuals and dialogues from his upcoming film King, giving fans waiting outside another reason to celebrate. Among the displays was a handwritten message from the actor himself. “Thank you all for your wishes and love. Sending mine right back to you all,” the message read, ending with a promise of love and a big hug. Shah Rukh had skipped his customary midnight appearance, with his home undergoing extensive reconstruction and expansion. However, his later greeting gave the waiting crowd the birthday moment they had come for—another wave from the star outside the home that has become synonymous with him.
The Joker stays undefeated in the iconic villain conversation 😭 This is basically the definitive “who’s more iconic” matchup between DC and Marvel’s most recognizable antagonists. The Joker has been Batman’s arch-nemesis since 1940 and remains one of the most culturally dominant villains in comic book history, appearing across comics, films, television, and merchandise for over 80 years. The Green Goblin, Spider-Man’s primary antagonist, debuted in 1964 and has had significant cultural moments, particularly through Sam Raimi’s Spider-Man trilogy and recent MCU appearances. Both characters have transcended their source material, but the Joker’s presence in pop culture, from The Dark Knight’s Oscar-winning performance to countless adaptations and reimaginings, gives him an edge in sheer cultural penetration and recognition across generations. #DC #Marvel #VillainBracket
“At 8:00 AM, I’m in a white coat at the hospital, treating patients in pain. At 8:00 PM, I’m behind a DJ console, setting the stage on fire. How? Because I chose to have it all. Growing up in a village in Rajasthan, girls were raised with one silent rule: don’t cause a stir, get a degree, and settle down. Until 11th grade, I didn’t even speak English. I had asthma, and during my 12th boards, inhalers failed me; I took injections just to sit through my papers. Still, I scored a 100 in Biology, cracked NEET, and landed an All-India dental seat in Punjab. Once college started, life settled into a rigid rhythm. My hospital duties ended at 2:30 PM, leaving the rest of the afternoon wide open. One day, I randomly filled out a form to volunteer for a music company. During concerts, standing backstage and watching DJs control the entire crowd, I thought, Why not me? I pestered the DJs after the show, asking them to teach me. They showed me the basics. I bought my own console, hauled it to my hostel room, and spent my late nights teaching myself how to beat-match and drop tracks. But the backlash was instant. In college, a professor singled me out and bullied me for having a life outside medicine. It got so toxic that in third year, I had a severe panic attack and collapsed in the hallway. I had two choices: shrink to make them comfortable, or hit back harder. I kept up with my hospital attendance, studied relentlessly, and won an academic medal that year. That’s when the whispers died. Soon after, I co-founded a medical study app and continued working on my skills as a DJ. Recently, my app received funding, and the same company I had been volunteering with launched me on stage for my debut set in front of thousands. Today, my schedule is pure adrenaline. Some nights, I’m working on my startup till 5:00 AM, sleeping for two hours and then reporting for hospital duty at 8:00 AM. Once my mandatory hospital internship ends next month, I’m booking my parents front-row tickets so my dad can watch his doctor daughter own the stage. So, whether it’s a patient waiting for me at the hospital or a crowd waiting for me on stage, I have one plan: show up and give
