Wayyyyy back Wednesday is that still a thing? Haha this was 2020 about 10 days before I won my pro card I was 23 years old around 218 lbs here always fun to look back on moments and remember what I thought and felt. I knew this was the one i had zero doubt I was going to win a card. The funny part is I thought I was starting to kinda get big here now looking at it I was tiny haha literally just a baby. That was my 3rd season bodybuilding and had grown about 25-30 lbs of muscles in a 3 years time. This is when I realized I was never going to be the biggest on stage but my shape and structure could make me dangerous with the right amount of tissue. But honestly in this moment the thing that is the thing I remember most was I had just walked away from working 60-70 hours a week in construction to do this full time as I had finally made a decent name to be able to coach and train others. I was in shock that this was my life I dropped out of pharmacy school 2 years early to chase my dream and it was paying off. I moved to Denver and was training with @brett_wilkin everyday like we dreamed about for 2 years this part of my career will always have such a special place in my heart

#ad #homeinsteadpartner @homeinsteadinc No one talks about how hard it is having an aging parent you can’t take care of yourself. That’s why I partnered with Home Instead. Their Care Pros provide more than 60 million hours of care a year in homes across the US and Canada. The end of my father’s life would have looked a lot different if he was able to leave his dreaded nursing home and simply age in place at his own home that he loved and felt safe in. Your loved ones can live comfortably at home thanks to their heavily vetted and fully trained Care Pros that provide quality care.  Home Instead is a beautiful alternative for living on your terms.
