Lately I've been receiving loads of questions and comments about my Sisterlocks so I figured I'd share a lil bit:
1) if you've sitting on the fence about getting them, watch some YouTube videos and ask others about their experiences
2) my biggest regret about my Sisterlocks is not getting them done sooner
3) I did have an "awkward phase" at the beginning and being prepared for it made it easier to manage
4) the Sisterlocks installation can be pretty pricey & take several hours but it was 100% worth it for me
5) they are very low maintenance but you need to get them re-tightened every 6-8 weeks or so
6) for someone who wore wigs/weaves/braids and pretty much every style, I've never been prouder of the authenticity, freedom, and uniqueness of my hair before
Black hair can be complicated and I'm grateful that my journey has brought me to the place I am now. I am always here to answer any questions and happy to be a resource as well.

I love your hair! 😍😍Do you know the “exact” size/dimensions for your locs? I’m definitely down I’m just trying to find the right size for my head so I’m between sisterlocs and microlocs!

I started my loc journey when COVID shut everything down. They’re still growing and flowing in the wind 😏😁
