Is it just my experience or the Consultation/Support team is all over the place? I keep being advised different products through the website, then they changed my order and told me to order something else, when I tried to clarify, someone told me to get another product… I’m starting to loose trust in this “personalised consultation”… and products overall.

I've reached out SEVERAL TIMES about the scam of your advertised 'free trail' that you actually pay the full amount before you even receive any product. I'd like my money refunded, you can keep your product, no one has responded via either email or chat. SCAM COMPANY.

I loved the products, and I'm not bashing what so ever - however, I do see a lot of people here doing that. Maybe you were just the only jeremihtology online service I could afford but you did get my rosacea type wanted to remission I did have to stop using the compound after 6 months cuz it was making my skin worse that that isn't your fault I don't think. My only complaint with the program was I felt I wasn't individualized. I would upload pictures but my formulation was never changed even when I asked it to be when I found it wasn't working anymore. Also I got very generic replies I didn't guidance and building an anti-aging routine that was rosacea friendly so if it wasn't your product you would not give an opinion on it. If you offered products I would certainly buy them as I still do! However you don't have a vitamin C that's saferization patients Etc so when I would give an idea like I have been on this for 6 months can I try adding in a THD form of vitamin C I got a very generic and not helpful response. I think your products are great the ones that you sell on the website! You are much more affordable than agency and the other Dermatology programs online so you do get what you pay for I'm not being mean but it is true. You were very helpful when I couldn't afford the Services offering me Alternatives so that's pretty good and I just love all of the other products except my compound and I think that could have been changed if we could have adjusted the compound. I don't know if anyone is aware but I would like to try a compound that eye makeup LOL I'm not a dermatologist but I've done research I have a medical degree, not in dermatology but a medical degree I would like to propose a compound of active ingredients and Seed there possible which I do believe they are, and us the company make this for me. If anyone know if dramatica or another Dermatology compound pharmacy/skincare line? That makes requested product formulas? Does this exist ?
