Happy birthday Lukas! 🥰💓 It’s my 6th birthday 🎈🎂🎊! Time really does fly. Last year this time I was in Singapore and celebrated with all my buddies. This year, I’m back in Perth and celebrating with new friends in school tomorrow! I miss my Sunny SG 🏠☀️ but mom, I’ll follow you wherever you go.

ps. If I look sad, it’s because I really hate taking photos and the humans forced me to; yet again!

“How could it be addiction if it was an affair with the same person?” For the longest time, I couldn’t understand how my husband’s secret affair—and what spiraled into a double life—could be connected to addiction. Looking back now, I recognize moments that pointed to a much deeper pattern of compulsive behavior. At the time, I didn’t know what I was seeing.
