The Vibe of the Mendez Boxing Fam: Always sweaty & exhausting, often bloody & bruising, with a through line of smiles, laughter, productively positive energy and support for the love of the sport. My favorite environment for the training and trading notes on the sweet science. With all the trash talk, colorful cast of characters, encouragement and real-life/candid highlight and blooper reels, I'll follow this traveling 🎪 anywhere and everywhere #mendezstrong #boxingcommunity #boxingconditioning #boxing #fightclub #fambam❤️ #sweetscience #fitness #fitnessmotivation #motivation #community #goodvibes #fightfam #learningenvironment
