Posting my first reel of me making Eric Kim’s no-bake melon cheesecake bars from @nytcooking ! The bars have a delicate melon flavor that reminds me more of melon frozen yogurt, complete with that nice tang from cream cheese. The bars come together fast and just need time to set. I think I could have used more gelatin because I lost a bit in the process of transferring the gelatin mixture from measuring cup to saucepan to blender. And special thank you to @thejuanton for humoring me and assisting me with this reel project 🥰 Hope everyone is having a great weekend!
