Jonners Henwood-Ross

The Queen exuded many brilliant qualities but I have always been astounded by the fact that she was a qualified Mechanic and Truck Driver during the war...Many people would never have guessed that she could assemble and disassemble engines at the drop of a hat (which makes me realise how useless I am!). Her resilience and defiant spirit inspired the country at a time when today's energy crisis would seem minor. RIP Elizabeth II
