Comment “BODY” and find out your mobility score 👇

You sit all day, and your body quietly stops moving like it was designed to.You don’t notice until the day you can’t get off the floor without pushing up with your hands.

This stiffness is what years of sitting does to your body.

Here are the 3 tests that show you where you actually stand:

🔴 Deep squat: shows whether your ankles and hips still have the range to sit at the bottom

🔴 Forward fold: shows how much your hamstrings and lower back have locked up

🔴 Dead hang: shows the grip and shoulder strength that quietly fades with age

Save this and test yourself today.

Battling Eczema Or Psoriasis Here’s What’s Behind It

If you’re dealing with eczema or psoriasis on your face, arms, chest, back, or anywhere else, it’s critical to understand what’s happening inside your liver.

A bogged down, overburdened, sluggish liver is part of the picture. Medical Medium information shares that toxic heavy metals build up there, with copper being a major one.

And it doesn’t stop with the toxic heavy metals. There’s also a pathogen inside the liver feeding on that copper and creating the dermatoxin that eventually makes its way toward the skin, which then results in the rashes and cracks that characterize eczema and psoriasis.

Comment SKIN below and I’ll send you more information on the Medical Medium answer for what’s happening beneath the surface of the skin and the tools for addressing it.
