Attention - New changes to the Dispatch Testing Process!
In an effort to provide a more efficient testing process for our dispatch applicants, we are pleased to announce that the pre-employment exam is now available ONLINE!
The online exam, Criticall, is a computerized pre-employment exam that consists of an intensive, multi-dimensional test battery for entry level dispatchers. The test is designed to measure skills and abilities a person needs to possess prior to any dispatch training.
To apply...simply go to JoinRSD.org, click on the Dispatch link, and click APPLY NOW! If you qualify to proceed in the testing process, you will be sent a link to schedule the online criticall exam. It’s that easy!
If you have any questions about the process to become a dispatcher, please DM us here or email [email protected]
