🎄✨Day 1 of 12 of Countdown to Mistletoe and Mimosas ✨🎄

We’re kicking things off the only way I know how... with a HOT COCOA BAR! 🍫 Willy Wonka would be so proud 😂 Made from scratch, piled high, and absolutely no rules. If your mug isn’t overflowing, are you even celebrating? 🙌🏽

☕️ HOMEMADE HOT COCOA (makes 4 mugs)
• 4 cups milk of your choice
• 1/2 cup cocoa powder
• 1/2 cup sugar
• Pinch of salt
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 1/2 cup chocolate chips, for extra richness

1. Whisk the cocoa, sugar, salt and a splash of the milk into a paste in a saucepan.
2. Whisk in the rest of the milk and heat until steaming.
3. Stir in the chocolate chips until melted, then the vanilla.
4. Pour into mugs and go wild at the bar!

🍭 THE TOPPINGS BAR 🍭
• Whipped cream
• Mini marshmallows
• Butter shortbread cookies
• Peppermint bark
• Holiday sprinkles
• Chocolate chips
• Chocolate Syrup
• Salted Caramel Sauce

It doesn’t have to be perfect, that’s the whole point 🤍 Let the kids dig in!

What’s going in YOUR mug? Drop your must-have toppings below 👇🏽

Ooooooo Satalana ;)
Having fun before a show this past weekend.

I often hear "guess you need a belly dance?" Or some variation of this sentiment, lol. No, you don't need a "belly" anymore than you need a flat stomach. I have done this at multiple sizes and I can say with absolute certainty that the skills to isolate and control abdominal muscles have nothing to do with how much adipose tissue you do or dont have in the region. Engagement, particularly in the lower abdominals is much more important. Time spent working on the skills themselves are much more important and having FUN while learning snd enjoying the music are incredibly important as well. :)
