Practicing for tomorrow’s yoga class was temporarily halted while my dog went downward on my mat. He loves to practice with me😜 I teach Wednesday’s at 9:30am at Putnam Yoga and will subbing there tomorrow night at 7. I’d love to see you there. Sorry, no dogs in the studio😆. #downwarddog #yoga #putnamyoga
