Lovely video... I was diagnosed at 21, but like you mentioned years back very little was known about PKD... I'm now 7 and half years into dialysis... BP started rising, nephrologist never motivated diet change... but stress can also trigger a drop in eGFR... I live in South Africa 🇿🇦... thanks for sharing your story...
