Banded ankle eversion – 12 each foot Strengthens the muscles on the outside of the ankle, helping improve stability, balance, and resistance to ankle rolling during sports. Tibialis raises – 15 reps Strengthens the front of the shin, helping with ankle control, deceleration, and controlled landings. Bulgarian split squats – 8 each leg Side-to-side jumps – 10 reps We LOVE having our @majorfitness_global B52 at home! From Karnataka's coastal town of Bhatkal to Michigan, Sarah Jukaku's story reflects a family journey spanning generations and countries. The wife of America's first Muslim senator, Abdul El-Sayed, Sarah was born and raised in Michigan in an Indian immigrant family. Her father, Dr. Tayeb Jukaku, hails from Bhatkal, while her grandfather, J.H. Shamsuddin Jukaku, was a prominent lawyer and politician. A psychiatrist by profession, Sarah studied at the University of Michigan, Oxford and Columbia University. Despite her husband's political prominence, she has largely stayed away from the campaign spotlight. #MidtermVerdict
