Major loss flood repair currently mid construction at South Golden Beach. Re stump, new joists and bearers after the entire subfloor was compromised and sagged up to 50mm due to flood inundation. Total ground floor rebuild upcoming over the next few weeks including new bathroom, laundry and living area. External cladding to be upgraded also
