The ULTIMATE SPAGHETTI CARBONARA… with EGG YOLKS ONLY! 🇮🇹 After years of making and testing Carbonara, this is my favourite version. Incredibly creamy, rich, and absolutely NO CREAM needed! Here's what you need to make it at home INGREDIENTS (Serves 3): 🍝 300g Spaghettoni Quadratto 🥓 200g Guanciale (skin removed) 🧀 90g Pecorino Romano, grated 🥚 4 Egg yolks 🌶️ 1 tbsp freshly cracked black pepper (adjust to taste) The secret is the guanciale fat, starchy pasta water, and gentle heat to create that beautiful silky sauce without scrambling the eggs. Watch the full video and follow my technique. Trust me, those little details make ALL the difference. Comment CARBONARA and I'll send you the full written recipe, step by step! 📩 Do you make your Carbonara with whole eggs or YOLKS ONLY?
