ROASTED TOMATO & BOURSIN DIP 🍅🧀🔥 (RECIPE BELOW!!) Who else loves a warm, cheesy dip that takes almost no effort?! 😍 Ingredients: * 2 pints cherry tomatoes * 1–2 tbsp olive oil * Salt and black pepper, to taste * 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped * 1 package (5.2 oz) Boursin Garlic & Fine Herbs cheese * ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese * Fresh basil, for topping * Balsamic glaze, for drizzling Directions: 1️⃣ Roast the tomatoes: Add cherry tomatoes to an oven-safe baking dish. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt, pepper, and fresh parsley. Toss everything together. 2️⃣ Bake: Roast at 400°F for about 40 minutes, until the tomatoes are soft, blistered, and juicy. 3️⃣ Add the Boursin: Place the Boursin cheese right into the center of the roasted tomatoes. 4️⃣ Mix it up: Stir everything together until the cheese melts into the warm tomatoes and creates a creamy, delicious dip. 5️⃣ Finish with toppings: Sprinkle with Parmesan, fresh basil, and a generous drizzle of balsamic glaze. 6️⃣ Serve: Grab your favorite crackers, toasted bread, or veggies and dig in! 🍅🧀 Would you serve this with toasted sourdough or crispy crackers?! 👀👇
US Senate Democratic Leader Chuck Schumer said Wednesday that Democrats would seek to end the war with Iran after winning control of the Senate in Tuesday's midterm elections. “The American people don't know what the heck we're fighting for in Iran,” Schumer said at a news conference. “He's never made it clear. He changes his mind day-to-day and minute-to-minute. This war must end. It must end. Schumer said Democrats had secured 54 Senate seats, with the possibility of increasing their majority to 55 or 56, and pledged to use their new position to challenge President Donald Trump's policies. Asked whether Democrats would use defense funding as leverage to end the Iran war, Schumer said some Republicans had already joined Democrats in voting to end the conflict. “Look, we are going to end the war,” Schumer said, pointing to Congress's constitutional authority over government spending as a means of constraining presidential military action.
