Long lines formed at the Ford Community & Performing Arts Center on Sunday as residents turned out to cast their ballots ahead of Tuesday’s election. TCD Dearborn News spoke with nearly 100 voters waiting in line, with more than 95% of those interviewed saying they planned to vote for Democratic U.S. Senate candidate Abdul El-Sayed. While the informal interviews do not represent a scientific poll or predict the statewide outcome, they suggest strong support for El-Sayed among the voters interviewed at the Dearborn early voting location.
