~ alchemy in movement n connection ~

this day I was bleeding. feeling deeply exhausted, nauseous, tender, and achy. I asked my body what she needed and she asked to be painted on by healing hands. So I laid as a canvas for two hours while these loving hands danced with paint brushes on my skin & fed me juicy papaya nd star fruit, alchemizing my pain into sensory pleasure.
