January 28th. Still can’t snowboard. I never expected my recovery would take this long and it has been hard on me and those around me. Thank you to @missmarybodd for your patience, love and support. I’d be in a very dark place if not for you. Here’s some more of my only creative outlet.

I’ve got no clue if this helps or not- but if I was to describe the ‘you’ I knew in high school to anyone today, I’d say you were the person who was gifted-good at anything they tried. Snowboarding, skateboarding, drumming, and art. If you don’t call yourself an artist- then neither should Van Gogh. Period. The end. Hang in there. You’ll get back to your place.
