Vivienne Jolie is making her name official. Angelina Jolie and Brad Pittā€™s 18-year-old daughter has legally dropped ā€œPittā€ from her surname and will now be known as Vivienne Marcheline Jolie.ā  ā  A Los Angeles judge approved the change on Nov. 2, following her petition filed shortly after her 18th birthday. She joins siblings Shiloh, Maddox and Zahara, who have also legally removed their fatherā€™s last name.ā  ā  Vivienne had already used ā€œVivienne Jolieā€ in the Playbill for Broadwayā€™s ā€˜The Outsiders,ā€™ which she worked on alongside her mom in 2024.ā  (šŸ“·: @gettyimages)
You can be eating healthy, training consistently and doing everything rightā€¦ yet still struggle with a swollen, uncomfortable stomach šŸ˜” And something I wish more women understood is that a distended tummy doesnā€™t automatically mean youā€™ve gained body fat, that your nutrition is poorā€¦ or that all your hard work has gone out the window! There are so many things happening inside our bodies that can influence how we look and feel from one day to the next. LITERALLY! Hormonal fluctuations, digestion, stress, food sensitivities and underlying health conditions can all play a role. And sometimes, those things are completely outside our control. For me personally, living with adenomyosis and endometriosis means abdominal swelling and discomfort can be part of my reality, even when Iā€™m doing everything I can to look after myself. As you can see in the photo aboveā€¦ I have happy tummy days, and then I have painful, bad tummy days. But one thing Iā€™ve learned is that while I canā€™t always control what my body does .. I CAN control how I choose to support it. And for me, nutrition and training are a big part of that. Iā€™ve become much more mindful of how I train, how I recover and what foods I eat. Iā€™m also much more intentional about supporting my digestion and gut health. Not because I believe food can cure every underlying issue, but because making the right adjustments can sometimes help alleviate symptoms and make everyday life a little more comfortable. Because nutrition isnā€™t just about losing body fat or building muscle. Itā€™s also about how you FEEL. Iā€™ve tried many diets in my time, and thatā€™s one of the reasons I teamed up with my partner to build our nutrition coaching app Meal Engine. I donā€™t believe thereā€™s a one-size-fits-all approach when it comes to nutrition. And thatā€™s something weā€™ve taken into consideration when developing our approach to nutrition coaching. Because what works for one person might not work for another. We all have different goals, lifestyles, preferences and nutritional needs. So, we created an adaptive coaching app that can create a custom plan specifically for YOU šŸ«¶ Use the link in bio @mealengine to find out more!
