alia bhatt spotted at an event scene
Raleigh, this is not a drill (!!). ๐Ÿšจ Sadlack's Heroes is coming BACK. Thirteen years after closing its doors, one of Raleigh's most legendary watering holes is getting a second lifeโ€”just down the street from the OG Hillsborough Street haunt that generations of locals called home.โ  โ  For the uninitiated, Sadlack's wasn't just a cash-only sandwich shop or a dive bar across from NC State's Bell Tower. It was a gloriously gritty piece of Raleigh history. A place where cold beers, killer sandwiches and live music collidedโ€”and where everyone from punk rockers to professors found their people. Its back patio helped shape Raleigh's music scene, hosting the likes of Whiskeytown and countless local acts.โ  โ  When Sadlack's shuttered on New Year's Eve 2013 to make way for the Aloft hotel, Raleigh lost more than a bar. It lost a little piece of its soul. Now, 13 years later, the legend is getting another chapter.โ  โ  Local Henry Goodell tells Raleigh Magazine he's spearheading the revival at 913 W. Morgan St., two doors down from Wolfe & Porter. Plans call for an ~80-seat interior with vaulted ceilings, acoustics designed with music in mind, and a spacious back porch that could accommodate food trucks or grills.โ  โ  Locals who remember the OG: Drop your Sadlack's mems below. ๐Ÿ‘‡โ  โ  ๐Ÿ“ท Laura Baverman/Raleigh Public Record; Google Maps; Goodnight Raleigh

A STEP-BY-STEP STEAK GUIDE ๐Ÿฅฉ Cooking the perfect steak in a non-stick pan is practically impossible. The meat starts to steam instead of sear. Thatโ€™s exactly why we now have a frying pan in my brand ๐Ÿ˜Œ Our pan allows you to use professional cooking techniques, work with high heat, and get that perfect golden-brown crust ๐Ÿฅฉ Itโ€™s ideal for searing and making sauces from the caramelized juices left behind by the food - thatโ€™s where so much of the flavor is concentrated. I demonstrate this technique in my videos all the time. There are only a few frying pans left, and theyโ€™re still available to order on our website via the link in my bio! Valencia, a little reminder for you - this Friday, November 6, weโ€™re meeting at our showroom ๐Ÿซ‚โค๏ธ ๐Ÿ“ Valencia, Pl. del Mercat, 10, Ciutat Vella BY VELCHEVA Showroom ๐Ÿ—“๏ธ November 6, 4โ€“8 PM
