if you deal with breakouts, redness or uneven skin texture, azelaic acid is one of those ingredients worth learning about 🤍

it can help with the appearance of post breakout marks, redness and uneven skin tone. this one also contains 1% PHA for gentle exfoliation and 0.5% azelamide MEA, which helps with excess oil.

The Collins English Dictionary have revealed their 2026 word of the year...

Mogging - not to be confused with mugging or mugging someone off - refers to outshining or dominating someone, most often in looks.

You may even have mogged someone or been mogged yourself over the past 12 months.

Tap the link in @BBCNews's bio to read more about the meaning.

I was sooooooo hesitant to post this. But hey. This might help at least one of you do something hard.
Sign up for a race, have the tough conversation, leave a relationship, quit a job that doesn’t serve you, pursue your dream career. Whatever that is, I post this in hope to inspire you, you do not need a special background to do something hard. 👊🏻

Why not is a sentence I use A LOT. So it only felt fitting to say I signed up for my first triathlon in 2027 because WHY NOT! 👊🏻

Going all in!
3.8km swim
180km cycling
42.2km run

10 months out! Can’t wait. 😬😆🫠
