Friends, if you’re getting any messages from me, it’s NOT me sending them. My profile is the first one and evidently I’ve been hacked…twice!

A police raid at a Shiv Sena leader’s home in Punjab took an unexpected turn when footage from a hidden camera pointed to the policeman himself allegedly planting the drugs.

Assistant Sub-Inspector Sukhdev Singh has been suspended after CCTV footage allegedly showed him hiding a packet beneath a mattress at Mahant Kashmir Giri’s residence in Khanna. A police team subsequently searched the room, claimed to recover 30 grams of narcotics from the same spot and arrested Giri.

The footage reportedly shows an officer in plain clothes entering the bedroom before the official search and slipping a package under the mattress. Giri’s family produced the recording after his detention, bringing the circumstances of the alleged recovery under scrutiny.

The police action had followed the arrest of Giri’s driver, Gurjant Singh alias Janta, allegedly with another 7.5 grams. Police said Giri’s name emerged during his questioning.

Khanna SSP Darpan Ahluwalia confirmed that Giri was discharged from the case and the officer suspended. A Special Investigation Team headed by an SP-rank officer will examine the incident, while a separate departmental inquiry is underway. Investigators are also checking where the allegedly planted drugs came from.

I wrote this a couple of weeks ago after a meditation where I thought about what the world needs more of.

I felt this tremendous feminine beauty combined with strength and boldness, and it made me cry tears of sadness as I thought about all the things I wished for my younger self, but also cry tears of joy for all the things I now see possible in my life and witness every day in other amazingly feminine and enlightened women.

As far as my politics go, there are two women who have most impacted my belief in humanity and what this country can be. They are brilliant, passionate, empowering and filled with a wealth of information that I only wish I had.

@heathercoxrichardson

If you are not certain that you can make a difference, I encourage you to listen to one podcast, read one newsletter or just watch one Instagram post that either of these women has made. I promise it will restore your faith in humanity and in your own courageous knowing of the past, and of a future that can be loving, kind and powerful.

1. Boost your own side: Like, repost, save, and share allied content. Watch videos through. Concentrated engagement increases circulation.

2. Never interact with the opposing side: Skip hostile posts. Avoid replies, insults and outrage-sharing. Hostile engagement still adds attention.

3. Network surveillance: Track hashtags, trending topics and news coverage. Observe shifts in attention and assess the results of collective action.

4. Centralization of posts: Use consistent hashtags, images, and videos. Coordinate share times to be concurrent. Make the collective message recognizable and avoid scattered attention.

5. Influence of the face: Ordinary people visibly expressing a position carry political messages through familiar relationships and personal accounts.

6. Bubble-piercing content: Use shareable formats beyond political circles: humor, music, sports, pop culture, video edits, challenges, and games.

7. Mass-production
