She could fly a plane before she could drive a car. ✈️ “People say, ‘oh you can’t drive,’ and I’m like, ‘yeah but I can fly,’” Nathalia Filgueiras told a local news station in 2023, when she was 17 and had just earned her pilot’s license. Her dream was to fly for an airline. On Sunday, at 20, she was the co-pilot of the Learjet that crashed in Palm Beach County, Florida, her family says. All nine people on board were killed. Rest easy, Nathalia. 🕊️ Video: CBS12 News #aviation #pilot #womeninaviation #florida #contrail
As a proud Valley girl, this one hits different. Seeing Gina Hinojosa make history as the first Latina governor of Texas is a reminder to every little girl from the RGV that where we come from never limits how far we can go. And now, as a girl mom myself and a proud bonus mom to another , this means even more. Thinking about the world our daughters get to grow up in makes this moment that much sweeter. Representation matters. Here’s to breaking barriers, dreaming bigger, and a new chapter for Texas. Rooting for you, Señora Gobernadora!✨💙@ginafortexas

Hypochlorous acid is NOT an exfoliating acid. And when you combine it with aggressive exfoliation on a regular basis? You could be setting your skin barrier up for chaos. I explain why and the 3 ways I actually recommend using hypochlorous acid as a dermatologist. 📸: @shoppingwithameliarose
