A little denim, rich chocolate brown, and the perfect layering piece 🤎 Love the unique twisted neckline on this top! Paired with flattering flared jeans and a structured jacket for an effortlessly polished look. ✨ Comment SHOP below to receive a DM with the link to this post on my LTK ⬇ https://liketk.it/6qlIJ @liverpoollosangeles #liverpoollosangeles #fall #layers
Creatine and… Depression? Actually, yeah Over the past decade research on creatine’s effect on the brain has exploded Starting with impressive improvements in several measures of cognition like working memory, attention, and boosting energy after sleep deprivation But more recently there have been several cool studies looking at how creatine taken in conjunction with standard treatments for depression (SSRI’s, therapy, etc.) could lead to faster and better results in treating depressive symptoms From the study in the video where creatine’s paired with an SSRI prescription medication, to a more recent study done last year where creatine showed significantly better results when paired with cognitive behavioral therapy (both studies linked below) Now, this isn’t just saying that taking creatine will make you happy… It’s still only just several studies, and mental health is an insanely complex and dynamic issue, but it is cool to see this branch of research getting more attention for more funding in the future Research from video: Creatine with Depression PMID: 22864465 (study from video) PMID: 17988366 PMID: 22864465 PMID: 21831448 Creatine with Alertness, Fatigue, Cognition & Sleep Deprivation: PMID: 11985880 PMID: 17046034 PMID: 16416332 PMID: 17185404 #gym #muscle #mentalhealth #workout
