another week down :) - moved up in weight on all my posterior chain movements this week!! this has been my main goal with my new split so I am happy. I am also putting more emphasis on bench again and am going to attempt to push for some new PRs. Squat is currently being maintained until my deadlift is a bit stronger. - My all time deadlift PR was 310lbs pre injury and that was pulled with frog stance sumo. I am hoping to surpass this PR with conventional. Pre injury I never emphasized training my posterior chain at all and trained deadlifts very loosely in comparison to squats, which was a massive contributing factor as to why I got injured. I used to despise deadlift and glute training. While I can’t say deadlift is my favorite lift now, I do genuinely look forward to every single workout including my deadlift days and am grateful to be able to lift at all. I’ve gone from not being able to sit down without insane pain and not being able to walk properly to now deadlifting over 225lbs again🗿 - @breathedivinity drop is live!! dc: marilyn - - #gym #breathedivinity #gymmotivation
