BUYER BEWARE… My experience: I was incredibly excited to receive these bras. I thought they would be the supportive bras of my dreams. Upon receiving the bras, I noticed no branding on the packaging or the bras and no tags whatsoever. As for the bras, the cups were dented and sunken. The lining inside was jagged. And then on top of everything, the bras were laughably TINY! I contacted customer service and shared my disappointment and pictures of the state of the bras and how I received them. I wanted to send the damaged merchandise back, and they refused to receive it. Now I’m stuck with damaged merchandise and a terrible opinion of this company and how they operate! Do not buy from them!!! Save your coin!!!

Where is this company‘s customer service information other than leaving an email? I have replied to this company several times asking for help to return or exchange two items and they will not respond. Does anybody have any information on how to get in touch with this company or the process to return items for exchange or replacement.

I recently ordered from here and received the wrong color item. I initiated an exchange and was supposed receive a one time complimentary postage label. I haven’t been able to obtain the label. I’ve contacted them via email multiple times and am getting nowhere. I do not recommend ordering from here.
