starting off the week with a bang 💥 sirloin steak with chimichurri and garlic, roasted corn, garlic miso butter mashed potatoes, and a lemon + feta chickpea cucumber salad! hope y’all are eatin good 🌈

I’m always over cooking my steak on accident 🥲 I’m a medium to medium-well gyal </3 it got more pink after this pic tho and it was still scrumptious
