I forgot to post my trial reels again. So I stopped doing it myself. 🙃 Comment LOOP and I'll send it over.

Trial reels only go out to people who do not follow you. Pure cold audience. 🧊

That makes them the cheapest testing ground on Instagram. 🧪

So I built a loop. Claude writes the script, cuts the edit, posts it through the API. ⚙️

Then it reads the analytics. Watch time, where people dropped, what got skipped. 📉

That feedback goes straight into the next one. It edits the next video off what just failed. ✂️

And it keeps going. Post, measure, rewrite, post again. 🔁

I never touch it. 🙌

♡ i just love these so much. my layke :) shes growing up and it just makes me sad. i remember taking pictures when i had to hold her, tickle her to smile, run around with her so she wouldn’t cry, take itty bitty steps so she could keep up, when we’d have to show her the pictures so she’d get back in a good mood (even let her take a few), making crazy noises behind the camera so she’d look and laugh. Now? Posing left and right, flipping her hair, asking for more chapstick, taking selfies on my phone when im in front of the camera, walking ahead of me, rolling her eyes if i tell her adjust something (cause she knows everything, haha), and coming up with ideas on how we should pose. time really just goes, huh, ha. well.. let me get off my soap box and let you enjoy our pictures, LOL.

IT’S A HALLOWEEN MIRACLE! THE DEMON IS BACK! 👹 #SmackDown

Nearly 25 years into her musical career, @hilaryduff is no stranger to life on the road — though returning to the stage after two decades came with its obstacles.

“Life has been very good to me, and also very challenging at times,” she says. “Having that mixed bag of life underneath my belt has [created] who I am onstage now. A big draw for me has always been being able to relate to people, and I find that’s happening again this time around — but in a very new way.”

@SarahJakesRoberts reminded us today that suffering isn’t the end.

Keep your eyes on the King. There is a promise of glory on the other side of what you’re going through.
