I fear I’ve entered my expensive wellness era and there’s no turning back. Between muscle recovery, circulation support, and a much needed mental reset, my @sunhomesaunas has officially become my favorite way to romanticize recovery. What’s your non-negotiable wellness ritual in your routine? #sunhomesaunapartner
Prethodni oktobarski dani, pokazali su nam da nije baš pametno stavljati ruzmarin ispod jastuka- tera na maler, narodskim jezikom rečeno 😊 Umesto toga, malo ruzmarina ubacite u hleb. To je daleko bolji savet- makar ćete imati najlepšu varijantu aromatičnog hleba. Ukoliko vam se ruzmarin smučio tokom prethodnog perioda- razumeću. Za sve one kojima je, ipak, ostao jedan od omiljenih začina- recept sledi u nastavku 😉 Sastojci: - 360 g pšeničnog brašna - 120 g pirinčanog brašna - 10 g svežeg kvasca - 1 dl maslinovog ulja - 3 dl mlake vode - kašičica soli - kašičica šećera - 2 kašike sitno seckanog ruzmarina. Priprema: U malo mlake vode razmutiti kvasac sa šećerom i kašikom brašna. Ostaviti par minuta da nadođe. Nadošlom kvascu dodati preostalu mlaku vodu, maslinovo ulje, sitno seckani ruzmarin, obe vrste brašna i so. #hleb #aromaticnihleb #bakery #salty #kadistoricarkazakuva

“People have used cannabis for thousands of years” is the argument I hear most. But the plant people used thousands of years ago doesn’t exist anymore. Modern cannabis has been bred and engineered so aggressively that it’s a different substance entirely. A few decades ago, average THC content sat around 2–3%. Today, dispensary flower regularly hits 20–30%, and concentrates reach 90%. Comparing that to traditional cannabis is not possible. And yet there’s an entire industry selling it as wellness. California sober. “Plant medicine.” Influencers calling it self-care. Chinese medicine called this out five thousand years ago with no labs, no funding, and no agenda. According to Chinese medicine Cannabis disturbs balance rather than restoring it. It prevents humans from accessing their essence and purpose. And for women, the cost runs even deeper. In Chinese medicine, a woman’s health is governed by Blood and essence the deep reserves that fuel the menstrual cycle, fertility, pregnancy, and hormonal balance. Cannabis is drying and dispersing, which means it burns through exactly those reserves. This is why chronic use so often shows up in women as irregular cycles, worsening PMS, fertility struggles, and that bone-deep exhaustion no amount of sleep fixes. You cannot nourish a system while simultaneously spending it. Modern research now also links heavy THC use to disrupted ovulation and hormonal interference which, again, is not a new discovery. It’s a rediscovery. California sober, is not sober. Its addiction. And it is creating yin depletion. It’s time to come back into connection with presence and how we truly feel behind the cloud. ♥️ #chinesemedicine #cannabis #womenshealth #leadwithyin
